It's been six years since his wife passed away, and Ken and his daughter Kimberly are now ready to move on. Their sprawling home on a one-acre yard holds a lot of great memories. It's time to finish up the stalled renovations, sell the home for top dollar, and start fresh. Ideally, the sale of the property will provide money for Ken's retirement, Kimberly's education, and their new family home.
