The day starts off right with a breakfast Belgian waffle called the Ham I Am, and then it's a showdown between the East Coast Lobstah Taco and homegrown Cali Spicy Kaprao Burger. Then Noah heads north to Antioch, Calif., for the Contra Costa County Fair, where Mexican-American specialties take top prize.
