The homecoming dance is approaching, and no one, including chaperone Steve, is happy with their dates. Romeo and Bullethead turn to Steve for help with the homecoming dance; Cedric joins a video dating service. - - - Steve enters the office to find Cedric attempting to pick the lock to the supply cabinet. Cedric explains he needs to borrow the video camera to record a tape for the new video dating service he has joined. Steve promises he can use the camera the in apartment. Although he's upset by the cost of this year's homecoming dance, Romeo won't let Sophia help him out with some money. Synopsis
