From the lack of space in the kitchen to the tiny living room cluttered with children's toys, Paige thinks it's time to move on to a more suitable home for their family. Here to save the day are experts designer Jillian and realtor Todd. Jillian's team will take this cramped cottage and try to transform it into a functional family retreat, while Todd believes he can redefine the serenity of coastal living with a new home.
