George and Ernie disagree about who should take the honour. Lisa writes a heartfelt letter to Wheels, fabricating the fact that she is loving life and has a new boyfriend. Sonny is still on Kim's case, Paul seems to make things worse when he interferes. Max introduces puppet Constable Care to Westside and Abby proposes to Ernie.
