The gang meets up with a creature called Mister Pop, who's a green troll dude wearing a blue and yellow jester's type outfit and with a red top hat with a single pink stripe. Mister Pop possesses a device called a Super Duper Sound Switcher. When Wheezie laughs, Mister Pop will do anything to get the laugh for himself. Synopsis
Two siblings, Max and Emmy, find an enchanted dragon scale capable of transporting them to a whimsical fantasy land inhabited by colorful anthropomorphic dragons by reciting a rhyme. They befriend four friendly dragons Cassie, Ord, Zak, Wheezie and Quetzal.
