Bullwinkle cooks up some tasty chocolate pan dowdy that blows up when the spies try it, and when Rocky smells the delicious aroma, it leads him right to Bullwinkle, but Boris is ready with a helpful trapdoor that sends the plucky squirrel falling into another stew!

Synopsis
